Terms and conditions

• Other colors that are not mentioned below are not suggested. The options available are based on my best suggestion from previous order experiences.
• If you want to order face sketch paper cutting, email photos separately to Cutteristic@gmail.com. Send out only the best photo, high resolution photos are best (ideal: minimum photo width 1000 pixel), close up face. View photo guideline before sending, here 
• In case of failing to send photos that meet the criteria, paper artist will chose 1 out of many. Changing to a new photo after face sketch is sent to client, will have an additional charge of Rp 500.000/photo.
• Deliver to every city in Indonesia. Delivery fee for outside Jakarta will be informed later after discussion
• Swarovski crystals will not be added for Man Face sketch, or corporate gift but surely will be attached in women/couple sketch.
• 3 (three) design alternatives will be given for approval before cutting process. When a design is approved, the cutting process starts immediately, so any revision/change cannot be performed.
• Secure your pre-order through the production process by transfer 50% Downpayment before paper artist creates the design and balance before delivery. Payments made to Cutteristic are non-refundable & non-transferable to other product in the event of you cancelling an order
• If you are not submitting any photos or data required in design process/decision in design according to production schedule which leads to delay in production and delivery, items will be delivered on new scheduled date agreed by client and Cutteristic.
• Cutteristic logo and green stamp is an integral part of Cutteristic design. The unique number signifying the exclusivity of your product is cut directly on the paper and presented along with a “Certificate of Autenticity” which certifies that the following is an original paper cutting, handmade with a cutter and sealed personally by the paper artist.
