Lanny juga adalah istri dari Trijono Gondokusumo, putra pemilik Grup Dharmala, Suhargo Gondokusumo. Beberapa perusahaan besar kini berada di bawah kendalinya. Di antaranya, PT Gunung Sewu Kencana, PT Gunung Sewu Sakti, PT Duta Sewu Raya, dan Bank Sewu. Saham Lanny, antara lain, ada di PT Aditek dan PT Pratesis. Sebelum menikah dengan Trijono, Lanny mengawali kariernya sebagai treasurer di PT Gunung Sewu (1981).
